Chef Paul showed up with all his bags and got to work. Dinner was fantastic, the presentation, the flavors, an amazing experience. My guests still talk about it every time we get together. And he even cleaned up!! Definitely recommend.

Not enough good words for our experience with Chef Paul! He customized the menu to our exact preferences & dietary restrictions, showed up right on time, cooked exceptional food, plated so beautifully, cleaned up and very friendly throughout the process. I was shocked at the quality of food, and we would absolutely hire Chef Paul again!

Chef Paul was amazing! His kitchen manner was a perfect mix of socializing and cooking/ preparing, but he was constantly in control of the kitchen and focused on making certain our experience was exceptional. I would recommend Paul to anyone. He accommodated dietary preferences and delivered a four course meal for six guests that could not have been replicated without serious training and years of experience. Everyone thought every course was excellent in both taste and presentation. Aside from that, he was great working with to plan the meal, good with communication etc. Full recommend him.-Tableathome.com
